A beautifully designed photo booth experience starts with a simple hello, your inquiry! Fill out our contact form to check availability. Within 24 hours, we will contact you via phone/email to get more details from you to create the best package.

Once we’ve aligned on the details, we’ll finalize everything with a signed contract and a retainer to secure your date. Early booking is recommended, as our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.

What We Handle

When you invite us into your celebration, you are trusting us with more than a photo booth rental. From logistics to guest flow, our role is to support your event so it stays fun, organized, and respectful of the moment. Here’s what we quietly handle behind the scenes.

  • We carry insurance coverage that meets the requirements of many high end venues and can accommodate requests to add venues when needed.

    We also follow venue guidelines closely, including details related to flooring and surface protection, to respect the space as it was entrusted to us.

  • Because our setup does not rely on a nearby outlet, placement is never limited by power access. This is especially helpful for outdoor celebrations or evolving floor plans.

  • While technology is an important part of the experience, it is not always perfect. Our focus is capturing every moment and ensuring nothing is lost, with backup systems in place to support delivery.

  • We guide guests through the photo booth in a way that feels natural, reading the room and adjusting as needed. Whether that means encouraging participation, keeping the line moving, or giving guests their moment without rushing, we help ensure no one misses out.

  • We coordinate directly with your planner and venue on timing and logistics, so you are never pulled aside to manage details. Because our team is dedicated solely to your event, we can accommodate schedule changes with short notice when needed.

    • Our booth space requires a minimum of 9’x9’ area and a minimum height of 8’ for our backdrops.

    • Ground must be leveled.

    • Wi-fi is not required but requested as a backup.

    • Electrical outlets are not needed! We bring our own source of power.

      Outdoor Events:
      Please contact us for an outdoor event to custom quote. Certain restrictions and fees may apply.

  • The starting price for our rentals is $900, for a digital package, and $1,300 for a photo booth with instant printed photos.

  • Short answer: YES!

    Long answer: additional steps are required to protect our equipment from the elements. A backup location is needed in case of rain, strong winds, and/or extreme heat.

    We will go over the specifics when we have the details of your event. Additional fees may apply.

  • An idle hour is a time slot when the photo booth is on-site but temporarily not in use. Usually used during dinner, speeches or the ceremony.

    Idle hours are perfect if you'd like the photo booth set up before guests arrive, so everything is ready without disrupting the flow of your event.

  • A live gallery is a real-time online album where all event photos are instantly uploaded. Your guests can instantly view, download, and share their photo booth photos as the night unfolds.

    If you prefer privacy, we can set it up so that each guest can only see the photos they’ve taken, not the entire night’s gallery.

  • Yes! All of your photo templates can be fully customized to match your event’s style, colors, or theme. We’ll work with you to design something that feels personal and polished.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule! We will do our best to accommodate a new date.

    Once a cancellation is requested, the contract will be void and the retainer fee forfeited.

  • We proudly serve Houston, TX and surrounding areas within a 100 mile radius of 77092. We intentionally limit our travel to ensure each event receives our full attention and highest level of service.

  • All our services have travel included for up to 20 miles. Further distances will be billed on a case by case basis. We do not travel past 100 miles.

  • We aim to arrive at least 1 hour before the hired time. This allows us to set up, test and be 100% ready before showtime!

  • All our photo booth and audio guest book services receive a complimentary custom USB and keepsake box! Every photo and message we captured will be stored inside.

    You will also receive the link to the gallery and/or playlist within 48 hours after your event.

    Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the USB in the mail.

  • While we strive to offer competitive pricing that reflects the quality and value of our booth experience, we don't engage in price matching with other companies.

    Although, we do offer the occasional show special at several venue open houses or at wedding expos! You must attend in person to receive this promotion.
